It all started when…

I went on a journey from unseen and unsafe to seen and safe.

My mission as a coach is rooted in my journey.

I know what it means to live in a state of high functioning and low alignment, where you meet and exceed expectations and performance metrics, all while feeling invisible to yourself and what truly motivates you.

I’ve lived the tension of achievement without anchoring, of love without reciprocity, of a career without meaning.

Through a journey of heartbreak, healing, and personal growth, I learned to rewire my relationship to safety, self-worth, and success. I no longer measure value by external validation. I’ve learned to witness myself, and now I help others do the same.

As a high-performance coach, I work with ambitious individuals navigating high-pressure careers and moments of clarity. Many of them are praised for how much they hold, but privately drown in how little they’re held. They come to coaching not just for strategy, but for space: to be heard without judgement, to reimagine what their success could feel like, and to reconnect with a self they’ve long overlooked.

My coaching blends sharp strategy with emotional fluency. I help clients:

I do not believe that healing is a race, performance, or product. I believe in healing as a practice: a daily act of self-return, of listening, of re-choosing yourself.
